Pete Foley is a 7th Dan Black Belt Master and generally recognised as one of Ireland’s leading Martial Arts Instructors.
He’s also a Certified Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor, Kettlebells Instructor, IABA Boxing Coach and a fully qualified first aider.
Pete is now the official Garda Vetting Officer for IKF Ireland – applications for Garda Vetting typically take between three to six weeks to process.
Pete has over 25 years experience of teaching keep fit and the Fundamentals of Self Defence and Street Awareness to Secondary School students.
He can supply references from over 20 schools in Galway, Mayo and Kilkenny.
He is also certified under the Irish Sports Council’s Children’s Code of Ethics.
With the increasing incidence of obesity and social problems on our streets Pete’s training is a must for all students and will help them to get “Fighting Fit”.
Pete’s methods are also ideally suited to soccer, GAA and Rugby teams. Any of Pete’s group courses can be tailored to suit a particular team’s unique needs.
Pete’s expertise is already a hit with the Connaught Rugby squad and a number of Senior football teams. His motivational training sessions are extremely popular with athletes.
Pete delivers a serious (but fun filled) workout incorporating Bag Work, Pad Work, Controlled Sparring, Stretching, Conditioning, Application, Motivation, Movement and Timing.
Pete’s training sessions are based on concepts that have been serving the Armagh Football squad and the legendary All Blacks Rugby team for years.
