Kickboxing, Core & Conditioning Morning Classes for Ladies & Gents
Every Wednesday & Friday morning at 10.00am.
Morning workout classes with 8th Dan Black Belt and certified Personal Trainer/Gym Instructor and IABA Certified Boxing Coach Master Pete Foley.
Pete has over forty years experience and is fully insured & indemnified and knows how to get the most out of people.
These classes incorporate Circuit training, Strength & Conditioning, Sparring (Optional), Bag Work, Pad Work, Skipping, Battle Ropes, Monkey Bars, Gymnastic Rings, Medicine Balls, Tyre Flipping, Slam Balls, Kettlebells, Weights etc and much more.
Our clientelle includes house wives, nurses, security staff, bar staff, gardai, lecturers, factory workers, shift workers, students or in fact people from all walks of life with one thing in common – to get fit, shape up and have fun while learning new and useful skills.
Regardless of your age, come and join us and get yourself in top shape for the summer (or winter/Autumn/Spring etc) or for that special occasion such as getting married, going on holidays or just the need to feel good and look your best.
These morning workout classes are drop in, pay as you go sessions with no commitment of time or money and are suitable for all levels of fitness, from the absolute beginner to a professional athlete – just go at your own pace (with a gentle push) so what have you got to lose.
Our gym is a fully equipped state of the art Martial Arts super centre with separate changing rooms, showers and toilets for ladies and gents and there is lots of free parking outside.
