Every Wednesday & Friday mornings at 10.00am.
Morning workout classes with 8th Dan Black Belt and certified Personal Trainer/Gym Instructor and IABA Boxing Coach Pete Foley. Incorporating Circuits, Strength & Conditioning, Sparring (Optional), Bag Work, Pad Work, Skipping, Battle Ropes, Monkey Bars, Gynastic Rings, Medicine balls etc.
Come and join us and get yourself in top shape for the summer (or winter/Autumn/Spring etc) or that special occasion such as getting married or just the need to feel good and look your best.
These morning workout classes are drop in, pay as you go sessions with no commitment of time or money and are suitable for all levels of fitness, so what have you got to lose.
