Morning Fitness Class (Ladies & Gents)
Wednesdays and Friday morning classes every week are at 10.00am and are instructed by Pete Foley and these classes are open to both Ladies and Gents.
Pete is a 8th Dan Black Belt Kickboxing Master instructor, a 5th Dan Black Belt in Frestyle Karate, a certified IABA Boxing Coach, a certified personal trainer and gym instructor, a certified kettlebells instructor, certified in the childrens code of ethics with the Irish Sports Council, a certified first aider and is fully insured and Garda vetted.
The morning classes are designed to deliver a great workout while moving along at your own pace and are excellent for those of you who work shifts, are a Housewife, a Nurse, Garda, student, unemployed etc so whether your a professional athlete or just looking to shed a few pounds and tone up, these classes are for you.
The classes incorporate stretching and conditioning, cardio work, bagwork, padwork, skipping, medicine ball drills, monkey bars, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, abdominal wheels, light sparring (optional), tyre flipping, battle ropes etc and there is always a great athmosphere in the gym.
So what are you waiting for – drop the kids to school, take an hour off work, get off the couch, no matter what the reason – just take some you time and start making important life changes to get yourself in great shape and be all you can be and train among like minded people.
The classes are drop in, pay as you go sessions and there is no committment of time or money so why not bring a friend along and be inspired.
