Personal Training Classes
Personal Training is available at Black Dragon Kickboxing & Martial Arts Centre for Ladies & Gents on a one 2 one basis or indeed small groups.
These classes are instructed by Black Dragon Chief Coach Pete Foley and we also have a highly qualified female coach available.
Pete is an 8th Dan Black Belt Kickboxing Master instructor, a 5th Dan Black Belt in Frestyle Karate, a certified IABA Boxing Coach, a certified personal trainer and gym instructor, a certified kettlebells instructor, certified in the childrens code of ethics with the Irish Sports Council, a certified first aider and is fully insured and Garda vetted.
He is also a former All Ireland, British & International Karate, Kickboxing & Thai Boxing Champion.
Personal training classes are tailored to each clients individual needs and are designed to deliver a great workout while moving along at your own pace (with a little nudge).
The classes incorporate stretching and conditioning, cardio work, bagwork, padwork, skipping, medicine ball drills, monkey bars, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, abdominal wheels, tyre flipping, battle ropes etc.
Pete can also instruct clients in the noble art of Boxing, Kickboxing or even a little Judo/Jiu Jitsu if required which is an ideal way to get fit while learning useful life skills.
